I’ve spoke now to four different workers at EE all of who have offered different advice and I still don’t have a solution. Apparently they’ve spoken to the technical team and I now have to wait another 72 hours to hear back. The last chap I spoke to said is hear back within 24 but that hasn’t happened either!
