Xbox series x stock

Can anyone tell me when the Xbox series x is back in stock cause I’ve registered like 2 months ago now and haven’t even got any reply on my emails and even that I done a register like 5 times in the past 2 months. Anyone else out there been waiting months now to even get a reply on email about your register you put trough

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

We sent a text message to customers on Feb 3rd, to let them know of available stock. This was sent to customers who registered their interest in Xbox, are eligible for Add to Plan and have marketing permissions confirmed on their EE account.

If you are not eligible for Add to Plan at this time or have opted out of marketing permissions, either generally or for SMS, you won’t have been sent a message.

How will I know if I’m eligible for it if I’m not receiveing an email about it is there anyway that I can check if I would be eligible for it. Thanks

To check your marketing preferences and your eligibility, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team.

They will be able to check these options on your account.

I have registered interest two months ago and have a relatively new contract and I am definitely eligible also I am opted in for text messages and yet I had no text on the 3rd of Feb?

Yeah I’m the same I’m still in my 17 months contract and I didn’t receive a text to on the 3rd
