Upgrading BT Sport benefit to large screen

How can i upgrade my BTSport benefit to BT large screen?

No options show up in the My Benefits section of my account or add ons or anything like that.

Also, can someone confirm it's £5/ month, not £15?

BT Large Screen add-on is £5 per month providing you already have the BT Sport smart benefit, otherwise I believe it's £15 separately including Large Screen bolt-on.

If there's no option on my account to do it then I'd suggest speaking to EE on live chat (I think it might be down at present) or calling them.. But I believe their teams are pretty crazy busy right now due to the new iPhone 13 launch yesterday

I do I have it as an ad on on my bill? But I came across if I pay an extra £5 I could watch on big screen. But to avoid ringing and being on the phone for ages was wondering if I could do it in store
