&lt;P&gt;Do you already have a Netflix account or are you setting up a new one?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Netflix activation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recieved Netflix activation text and my account says it's active but when I go into select my Netflix package I am then asked for a payment method. Not sure what to do next as it's already paid for through my contract&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check this for you.&lt;/P&gt;
