Unable to reset perks password

Hi,

I am trying to log in to ee perks to get my discount code but it wasn't accepting my password.

I have tried to reset my password but it just saying it is unable to do so.

I have been with ee for a few years and have used the perk every year. Its registered with my work email and that's where the link is going to to reset.

Please help as I want to pre order the pixel 6 Pro but can't afford to risk doing so with out knowing I can get my code.
