Emergency Services Discount (where to enter my code?)

Im trying to order an Oppo Find X3 Pro (100gb data allowance), the only place I can see to add my 20% emergency services discount code is under "vouchers" and its not accepting it, is there somewhere else i need ot enter my code?

Which deal are you looking to take out? The Perk code can't be used on discounted plans.

hi, its 100gb data, £30 up front, £59 per month. its not a discounted plan as far as im aware

Are you upgrading, taking out a brand new account or adding a line to your existing account?

It would be an upgrade or new, im outside my contract so either would work for me

I don't know why it isn't going through on an upgrade. I'd suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can look into this, or help you get the plan you're looking for.
