EE Perk - cannot verify email

Hi,

I am unable to verify my email address.

I filled in the details required on the form and input my work email address. An email to verify my account was then sent to my work email which I could access and clicked the link. However this then reverted me back to a page which required me to log in. When I put in the details I had registered with, it said the details were not recognised.

Is it expecting me to enter my EE account details or the details I used to sign up for EE Perk?

Are the details definitely correct when you enter them?

Is this the only email address you have used?

Yes it's definitely the same details that I used to apply. It's like I'm stuck in a loop hole. I even tried to reapply but it informs me that my details are already registered.

I used my regular email to apply and input my work email to attempt to verify it.

I've read a lot of people are having this issue..

What happens when you click the 'forgotten password# link, @hayions?

Resetting the password may help you get signed in.

I have tried it - however it does not send me an email with a reset link.

I assume this is because it has not recognised that I have attempted to set up an account with my email address.. therefore, I assume my details never existed in the database?

Because you've received the verification email, it usually means there's an account at least partly set up, @hayions.

Hi I’m having issues with trying to get my EE perks. I’ve tried registering and it does not allow me to. Can someone please contact me and I can provide with proof
