Thank you to Claire_K from EE, she's amazing! She was able to sort out the complex issue I was having within a few hours. My trade-in has been sorted out. Thank you so much 😊

Hi,

I've paid off my contract and upgraded to the Z Fold3. I could trade-in any phone down to a Galaxy S9 for £500 off. I put in the IMEI of my Mum's phone, a Galaxy S10+, and this was agreed. I have since received an email asking for an S20 Ultra, my last phone bought through EE, but this was not the phone I agreed to trade-in. EE don't seem to know what I should do, but I really don't want a £500 bill and I'm worried what will happen if I send the S10+ in. What should I do?
