Hi upon pre ordering an S21 I was told by the EE rep when the phone arrives I can claim free earbuds and a tag. The phone arrived today but does anybody know where to find this offer? Thanks

Yes all good so far thanks had to wait for my charger to arrive separately, wish all phones had an option to have charger when ordering, or an option 🐵 at least.

Going to charge it up now 🙂

I got a new Samsung galaxy s21 and smart watch off yous and it says that u can get free earbuds & tag with it & that promotion ended the beginning of this year January 21. False advertising for sure, & I'm not happy about it as I'm a good customer
