Hello,

I was wondering if you keep the unlimited data pass add on when you upgrade your phone.

@darkfire1634 I know that any add ons you currently have are removed when you upgrade but there is nothing to say that any data adds ones are removed when you read the T&Cs of the data add ons.

EE have left this wide open for you to request this back if it’s removed when you upgrade as the T&Cs don’t say anything about it being removed on a upgrade.

So if I used the online upgrade service would it automatically remove the data pass add-on, or keep it?

Would I have to contact EE to get it re-added?

Ideally I would like to upgrade to a new phone and keep the data add on at its current price, but am unsure if this is possible.

Hi @darkfire1634

When you come to upgrade, it may be worth doing it over the phone or in-store so that you can discus this at the point of purchase.
