Does anyone know how i add my emergency services EE perk code? I have already upgraded my phone and was told i could add the code after once i received it.

@JOR88 : You can't! Discount codes can only be applied at PoS at the time you upgraded.

How do you do it? I upgraded today and was told i could Use the code after I received it and I can’t work out how too

How did u add ee perk after purchase ? I’ve just upgraded to sim only today and there wasn’t a option to add perk code.

Hi @Lisalocker11

Welcome to the community.

You add it into the 'got a voucher' box after you've added it to the basket when you're upgrading.

Hi, I was told by the shop that I could add via the app at home. I have therefore already upgraded in store….so what now? Any way to add to your account afterwards?

Hi, for all those with a similar issue, I left the store and then got a Perk code at home. There was nowhere I could see to add the Perk code. I looked online but no solution, so was starting to be worried.

however, I used the chat, online in the EE app, and they kindly added my code. No fuss, no issue. Just sorted!

Jar88 you are wrong and this response is not helpful for others trying to find help. They can add a discount code retrospectively depending on the circumstances
