    <description>&lt;P&gt;I did phone the tech team, they suggested complaining to ofcom and cancelling my contract if I felt I’d been Mis-sold to. They also said a manager would call me back, now 8 days and waiting. They also said lots of people had been told the same, wrong thing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The same issue is affecting a lot of people apparently. Tech can’t help and I was told if you’ve been Mis sold to effectively you’re better off logging a complaint with ofcom and cancelling contract. I had BT sport as part of my package for over 5 years and after being told it wouldn’t cost anymore they tried to charge an extra £25 to keep it. Customer service has gone right downhill and almost like they are trying to force you over to the parent company to pay them directly for services.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think this is a known issue with lots of EE customers being mis-sold packages that don’t work and still charged. Lots of complaints have been going to ofcom. I’ve been a EE customer for years and constantly have issues with customer service&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think there is an issue with EE, when my contract renewed I was completely mis sold to. Customer service was always terrible and now it’s impossible to deal with.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been on EE for 6 years and had BTSport for all that time. I raised a query almost a month ago that even though Bt Sport was supposed to be staying on my account and I had all the confirmation it was staying it’s not been active. Text sport to 150 and it was active. I’ve been waiting a week now for a call back after making a complaint last weekend. Still no BT Sport. The lady I spoke to said it’s a known issue effecting lots of people and that I have probably been Mis-sold to.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes the same thing. Had BT package for 6 years upgraded my account with the promise my BT Sport would be unaffected and they cancelled it even though it was still on my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Even though in my EE app it says I have BT sport included I can't access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've called 150 and they told me that it's no longer included even though they said I'd keep the same benefits with more data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have to pay £20 per month which is frankly ridiculous.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EE - if I could revert I would, but you missold me this plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
