BT Friends and Family Discount (iPhone 13)

My wife works for BT and she sent me a Friends and Family Voucher Code (30% off). I am trying to upgrade to the new iPhone 13 (Without Trade in), but the Gift Voucher block is greyed out and I cannot add the Voucher number.

I tried one of the trade-in plans (even though I do not want to trade in, was just checking to see if I could add a voucher code) and I could then add a code but it then said the code is invalid.

Not sure what to do now as I have the voucher code but cannot apply it to my upgrade.

What plan are you looking at?

The code was generated on Thursday last week (16th Sep).

The plan I want is the following:

iPhone 13 Pro - 512mb

Essential Unlimited Data Plan

If you could please try from both your mobile phone and another web browser and let me know the outcome.

I have tried on 2 mobile phones and 2 separate laptops which are not connected to a VPN.

On all occassion I had the option to add a voucher on the trade-in plan, but not on the non trade-in plan.

The box should be in the extra's section under 'Got a gift voucher?'.

If you could please provide a screenshot so I can look into this further for you.

Hi Rich,

I'm getting the same issue. I can apply the voucher to any other upgrade device, SIM and addline but its greyed out for the iPhone 13 Pro. Have you had any update on this?

THi Dean,

The discount could not be applied online, the reason was that there was already a £7.50 discount applied so no further discount code could be used. I processed my order through the online chat that comes up after a few minutes on the upgrade page. Not all of the agents know how to process the discount, so mention that the code can be applied by them after the upgrade has been processed.
