EE loyalty 100%discount

Hi guys

received a notification when I paid my pill that I can upgrade for free through a EE loyalty thing. Every time I click on it gives the full upgrade fee it’s like £400 odd. Can anyone help?

On the app. And upgrade for free standard is July.

I'd recommend giving our Upgrades Team a call about this.

They will be able to access your account and see what loyalty is available.

i did that. Firstly he had no idea what I was on about then swiftly changed to they’re investigating it and then finally it’s a thing but only if you trade in your current handset. Which actually is on the app in the terms but in very very fine print
