Hi,

I am trying to use my BT Employee Discount code for an iPhone 13 Pro and also trade in my iPhone X. When I try to I put the discount code it comes up saying it is invalid.

Can you help?

Where are you entering the code?

Have you referred to the BT Intranet page to follow the employee process?

Hi Jon,

I’m entering the code I. The voucher section in my basket. I have the code from BT, it is generated to use in the EE basket.
