It’s always been renewed as EE said they would honour this. After Many upgrades with EE over the years, they then decide to remove this today when I was upgrading. &nbsp;I call up and speak to a lady who was quite rude and unhelpful. I then speak to cancellations and ask to cancel my contract and was told “oh sorry to see you go” EE clearly don’t care how much or how long you are with them for. Many better deals around and I always stay with EE and for what it seems<BR /><BR /></P><P>not a nice move from EE for “loyal” customers.
