Hi I work for Sainsbury's and do not have a employee email address so I have sent a picture of my colleagues discount card as proof I work for the company but had nothing back yet, when I log into my account on EE perks it says awaiting validation can someone help please

Hi @Martin03

Welcome to the community.

If you're using a personal email address, you'd have to send over a picture of your work photo ID to verify the email address.

If you don't have a photographic work ID, I'd recommend speaking to your HR/benefits team to find out how your colleagues usually get the discount.
