You do need to claim your Galaxy Buds in Silver, to do this please visit the claim portal no later than 30 days from your date of purchase and complete the claim form including a scanned copy of your proof of purchase, the IMEI which can be found on the box or in the settings menus, and your personal details.

Hello,

I received my tab 6 lite today, i have been trying to apply for the samsung buds that i was informed came with the bundle.

Can anyone advise me how to do this please?

Have you claimed your buds through the Samsung Claim Portal?

You need to do this within 30 days of your purchase date.

I'm also having the same issue because I can't find any proof of purchase/paperwork to allow me to upload to the Samsung claim website. (I wasn't provided with any paperwork in store)
