Hello, I have recently purchased a amazon fire stick and I'm wondering if I can use the BT Sport App through that, rather than casting it directly from my phone if I purchase the big screen add on? Cheers.

Yes, you can watch BT Sport through an Amazon Fire TV Device if you have the big screen add-on.

The customer advisor instore just informed me I can use a firestick for bt sports ultimate without the large screen addon, as long as it has the bt sport app.

Is he wrong?

You would need the big screen add-on to watch BT Sport on your Firestick.

Well can you please train and educate your store workers then.

I just wasted 2 hours going back and forth to the store multiple times, with the advisor promising this and guaranteing that.

He was one click away from signing me to an upgrade which wouldn't have met my expectations from is dodgy information.

I'm sorry to hear that this has happened. We always want to be upfront and transparent about everything that's included in your plan, so this kind of situation is avoided.

It may be that the advisor has misunderstood the information about BT Sport and the Big Screen add on, which i'm so sorry about. Did you take the phone in store, over the phone or via online chat?
