Unable to log into Perks account

Filled in the form to get the perks discount. Added NHS company email and created Perks account with log in details. Clicked on the link sent to the NHS email to verify the account but said password was incorrect. Tried to reset password but no email has come through to reset password. Checked spam and junk and nothing in there.
