Britbox offered when I purchased my contract. No amount of texting britbox to 150, visiting EE MyPlans or Britbox/EE is working ☹️

Britbox was a marketing incentive on signup; how do I access this benefit?

Are you on WiFi, if so switch it off, you need to do the whole process using the Mobile Data and using the SIM you are trying to get the 6 months trial or Smart Benefit with.

There two parts to the sign up. First you need to activate with EE, which sounds like you are trying to do, you can confirm if it worked by checking on your EE Account under Add On's.

Second part is to link your EE BritBox subscribtion to BritBox, through this Link -

Then follow the sign in procedure
