      <title>BT Sport as a Smart Benefit</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am entitled to 1 Smart Benefit as part of my new EE contract, and attempted to choose the BT Sport Ultimate option.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have so far been unsuccessful, receiving a message that says “This hasn’t gone through. It’s our fault. Your Smart Benefit has not been added at this time. Please try again later”.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After several further attempts I decided to choose the Apple TV option, but didn’t really want this. There was no issue with this option going through…it went through without any problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having removed this app from my add-ons, I have again been unable to access the BT Sport app….receiving the same error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is anyone else experiencing this frustrating issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
