Trying to obtain discount code. Won't let me sign in even though can sign into normal EE account. This seems to be a regular theme reading these threads. How can I get a discount code sent to my work email without going through this rigmarole. ? I have 14 days to hand this code over to get my 20% discount but i think this shows your making it difficult to hope people give up and don't get it.

It's a separate account to your My EE Account.
