How to activate my amazon prime swappable

I have amazon prime video as my chosen swappable but when I try to use the app it tells me I need to subscribe? How can I activate it without having to pay?

@emilyb91 You need to text PRIME to 150 and wait for a return message that has a

link on it that you must use to link the offer and your amazon prime account together.

When I send the text to 150 I get no link nothing just asking if I wanna cancel and then I put my number in the link online that I found on here and it says I’m ready to go but I DONT KNOW WHAT TO USE TO LOG IN!

Yeah and it says I’m ready to go but I don’t then know what to use to log in I tried my number and my password for my EE account as the man said I spoke to and nothing works

You need to login with your Amazon account ID. This will be your email address and the password you setup.

This is what I’m confused about because I have an Amazon account just not prime so do I use that one because when I log into that it says I ain’t got prime video.
