NHS Friends and Family discount

I have just upgraded my phone and wanted to apply my friends and family 20% discount which we downloaded. When going through the process, the option was not available on any page? Is there a reason for this? I chose the iPhone SE based on the discount and now have to pay the full monthly price? I thought that if i'd pay on checkout and then on the 'confirm' it may give an option to apply the discount, but the confirm was the payment being taken. 😞

The 'Got a voucher' box is at the bottom of the 'add-ons' tab when ordering.
