My ee perk code is not being accepted when I type it in the add voucher option when trying to upgrade my contract to the £20 sim only- is there a reason for this?

If the plan is already discounted or on offer then your perks code won't work.

Is EE Perk available with other offers?

No, EE Perk is not applicable in conjunction with any other offers. If your chosen plan is already discounted in any way (this will be confirmed when you add your plan to basket), then EE Perk cannot be used in conjunction with this plan.

If you choose to opt for an additional line product as an existing customer, the EE Perk discount code cannot be used. You would need to choose a full-priced product and apply your 20 per cent EE Perk discount code.

I assume it's the 160GB 24 month one, as that's the only £20 SIM only plan I can see on the website, @Claudialouis.

I can't see that plan on our SIM only price guide, which makes me think it could be a special offer.

Does the code work on any of the other plans?

Thank you @Christopher_G I am currently on a contract with an iPhone XR but it has come to an end!

I tried it with other deals and still didn’t work

Sorry, @Claudialouis, that's not possible to do.

Here's a copy of the terms:

If you are eligible for an upgrade with EE, you can action this through the My EE site and enter your corporate discount code at the checkout to receive the EE Perk discount. You may renew your current plan and sign up to a new minimum term or upgrade to a new consumer pay monthly handset or mobile broadband plan with a minimum term of at least 12 months on ee.co.uk. The only exception is that customers on a handset plan cannot upgrade to a SIM only plan.
