Phone returns

Hello,

I've ordered a phone but not happy as it's only 128 GB. I require 250 GB contacted the returns department but still no e mail from them for further instructions. My old phone is nearly dead so need this new phone ASAP. Please help anyone?

@Victor16 How did you contact the returns department? If you emailed them you’ll get no reply as you have to call to request a return and you have to do this within 14 days of getting the device.
