No order update

Ordered iPhone 13 and Apple Watch on the 23rd. I have had an order received email but nothing else since. Is that likely due to stock or the bank holidays? Just a bit worried that the order wasn’t received.

@lauram25 It’ll be both. The iPhone 13 has a 7 day waiting time but also there has been a bank holiday so it’ll be slightly longer than 7 days.
