Awaiting confirmation

Ordered my phone on 24th December, while I understand that this was christmas eve the email i got for confirmation said it will be with me in 24 hours. I know that it will be shut christmas but there is no information about theres no delivery on christmas or what the delay is as email said there is no delay on delivery. When can i expect my device as I need a phone as my old one broke. I already ahve a device with EE and have switch over another device to EE. Please assist

Have you checked EE order tracking? EE use DPD and they are closed until Wednesday. At best maybe your order will be with you later next week subject to stock.

DPD are closed today and the next day so u wont recieve you order up until wedensday the 29th of december.
