i applied for the iphone 12 mini on the 6th of december and ive rang up three times about where the phone is the last phone call said it would be here by the 20th ive tried the order number and its sayin unable to show my details so what on earth do i do its my neices christmas present

@rytaylor876 You need to call again as the waiting times for the 12 mini are between 1 and 28+ days depending on what colour and storage size you ordered.

i ordered the iphone 12 mini 5g 64GB purple n it said estimated delivery date was the 7/12/2021

@rytaylor876 At the moment the purple 12 mini at 64Gb has a waiting time of around 14 days so you should be getting this very soon. If you don’t get any news by Tuesday 11am you need to call customer services.
