Order - no delivery date

Hello,

Ordered a Graphite 128GB iPhone 13 Pro Max on 08/12/2021 and was told it would typically ship within 7 days but had nothing.

Can someone please give me an expected timescale?

I have just come off the phone to EE about my "In Stock Order" which was placed 3 weeks ago for a Christmas present. All they said was "its due in within 21 days" Really helpful (Not!)

Cancelled my order and going back to Three.

They are a joke

iPhone 13 back orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis. You'll receive a text message with DPD tracking details as soon as stock arrives to fulfil your order.

At the time I ordered, they were in stock at Apple - thinking I should have just bought it from them...

Sorry, @LT96, I'm not able to give you any more detailed information than the estimated delivery timescale you were quoted when you placed your order. You'll be the first to know when your order is dispatched.

Funnily enough the estimated timescale was that it would be dispatched today. 7 days after I ordered.
