&lt;P&gt;have you tried tracking your order&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/orderdetails" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are unable to check your order status via the tracker if you call customer services on 150 from your EE device a customer service advisor will be happy to assist you &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
