Still no phone..

Ordered the iPhone 13 pro max - graphite 128gb on the 5th December. Had an email

to say it was confirmed etc and delivery would be within 7 days. I am now on day 8 and still have had no update nor the phone. Does anyone know if changing the colour of the handset would mean I get it quicker?

When I ordered the phone the website stated the phone would be dispatched within 7 days.

I would recommend getting in touch with our customer care team on 150.
