hi, i received an update on dpd to say that a parcel from Ingram Micro CFS is due to be delivered in the next couple days. is this the order i’ve placed with EE? thanks

Is this an email or text. Lots of smishing text from delivery companies about.

If you check your oeprder on EE tracking https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/orderdetails and then when you have the DPD delivery number which they will quote on https://track.dpd.co.uk/

@Northerner Hi, yes I received an email and could see that there was a parcel for Ingram Micro on the DPD app I haven’t ordered anything else lately so I was assuming it would be my EE delivery. I can’t track the order on the EE tracking page as it has not been updating. I’ve seen others post about this same issue with the EE tracking

No, your order would show as from EE in the DPD app.
