I chose my upgrade 1 week ago and it still says order confirmed. When will I get a dispatch day? And when will it be delivered?

Hi @Leanne_T I have the same situation, i ordered nearly a week ago now and it still says order confirmed, I ordered the 256gb IPhone 13 Pro Max in Graphite.

The delivery guidance when you placed your order was 'Expect dispatch in more than 28 days'. You'll receive a text message with tracking details as soon as it's dispatched.

I ordered mine a little over 3 weeks ago and still awaiting confirmation of dispatch date. Yous might be waiting a while

I ordered my iPhone 13 pro max 128GB gold last week on Thursday. Is there any updates on the delivery times? I ordered my phone from the store and that is where I’m supposed to go collect it.
