@carianwenCooper There’s nothing you can do. You start getting these messages to soon anyway I wouldn’t worry about it just yet.

@Leanne_T @last weekend I believe, it's really starting to worry me. I didn't think to take it to the post office and just put it in the post box🙃🙃 they've text me to say their going to charge me so I'm hoping they get it soon, I made sure it had enough time to get ther

I have the same problem and they charged me for it. I rang them this morning and they said they will locate it. I’m just so frustrated right now.
