Hi,

I placed my order last night with EE (painful experience as they were having technical issues too which made everything twice as slow!) Anyway, I have my order number which is confirmed but the tracker says ETA is Awaiting Confirmation and the Order Update section says Your Back-Order is confirmed.

EE didn't mention any stock issues when I placed the order. It's for my daughter's 13th birthday on Christmas Eve so I don't need it immediately but would be good to understand what the tracker is actually telling me and if anyone has any info on the delay timelines?

I've seen that the 13 Pro Max's are on a list but nothing about the standard Pro.

Any help/advise would be great 🙂

The current delivery guidance for that model is 'Usually despatched within 7 days'

You'll receive a text message with tracking details the day before delivery.
