      <title>Send old phone in under trade in last Wednesday</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent my phone back on Wednesday 1st under special delivery, unfortunately I have misplaced the receipt however I’m still getting messages from EE saying they haven’t received it, but I sent it off under 1st class&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
