Hi should I be worried? Still awaiting confirmation on my upgrade order of iPhone 11 Black 64GB. The website says this step usually takes only 24 hours but it has been 8 days now.

This model is currently showing 'Available to order, usually despatched within 21 days'

We update our order tracker as soon as deliveries arrive, so you can see the latest information we have.

You will receive a text from DPD, by 8pm the day before your delivery, to confirm that it's on its way.

Even now I am waiting for the iPhone 13 pro 128gb in Sierra blue. The person on the phone said 24 hours delivery. It’s been 4 days

@Raajan_03 It says online except dispatch in usually 28+ days for the model type. You can see for yourself HERE so unfortunately you’ll not get it just yet.
