The delivery guidance when you placed your order was 'expect dispatch in more than 28 days'. You'll receive a text message with tracking details as soon as stock arrives to fulfil your order.

Some orders are restricted to home delivery only. Did you need your phone delivered to a different address?

I also ordered iPhone 13 pro max 256gb I. Graphite on 17th of November for last 2 weeks it’s been saying on website sent out within 7 days. But still awaiting a delivery day. Very annoying. I called yesterday and was not able to be updated on anything so would be grateful if someone could enlighten me. Many thanks.

The delivery guidance for that model changed to 'expect dispatch within 7 days' on the 26th November so you should receive a dispatch notification soon.

Hi, yesterday I ordered an iPhone 13 pro and the EE operator said to me that I will receive the phone today between 10 am and 6 pm and now I’m reading that someone people are waiting from November. Sorry but the EE operator lied to me or what? Thank you
