Trade in offer

I have been given an offer for trade in through the app to upgrade now. When I click the link to the store there is nowhere to say this would be a trade in deal and is trying to charge me for the upgrade.

Also I am currently on iPhone but I am looking at changing to Samsung is this possible on this deal as I called the 150 number and they have said that it has to be iPhone?

Have you tried choosing an iPhone online to see if the fee removes?

i have managed to get it to work now but for iPhone only.

is this a like for like swap (iPhone for iPhone) as I am wanting to move away so wanted to look at other options
