    <description>&lt;P&gt;That's fair enough with the order number. I've talked to a member of the upgrades and billing teams on live chat but they have no order placed even though I've already paid £30 upfront and have the order number. Just gave me a number to ring which I've been on hold for 30 mins already so no closer there to answer yet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I placed an upgrade order 2 days ago, I received an xko order number but it doesn't track anything and says tracking is unavailable but will be updated. I've paid an upfront cost but heard nothing else since.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dan&lt;/P&gt;</description>
