Ordered a SIM but not arrive

Hi,

I've ordered a EE Multi-SIM on 20/11 and received an email of "order dispatched" on 22/11. However, I still did not receive my SIM card.

What should I do to get the SIM card? My order number is xxxxxxxxxxx.

Have you tried tracking your order?

SIM cards will usually arrive in the post.

I’ve tried to track with the number, but it’s not successful. Probably beacuse my order is a SIM card only?

I checked my post box and it didn’t come yet. So I’m wondering if the order is lost

SIM cards are posted via Royal Mail.

However you should have received this by now.
