New phone delivered, but where's my XBox?

I recently ordered an upgrade, which included a free X Box S. The phone has now been delivered, but no sign or mention of the X Box. Where is it?

Thanks for coming to the community.

As long as the plan was eligible and you paid the £30 upfront payment, we’ll send an SMS with your T&Cs within 5 working days of your purchase.

Xbox Series S will be delivered to your account address within 15-30 days of your purchase. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate redemption will be sent by SMS to your device within 5 days of your Xbox Series S being dispatched.

I haven't received my x box or any information or order number. I'm also missing the monthly sim from my order with no mention of it in my account. I have called several times with no answer or cut off. Please help.

the same has happened to me and they said it would be delivered with my phone on monday but my phone turnt up on Saturday and no sign of xbox ??
