I ordered an Samsung s21 128gb phantom grey on 29th August. I received the email confirming my order and have heard nothing since. Any idea when the phone is likely to be dispatched? Thanks.

The model you have ordered is showing, 'Out of stock now - Available to order. Expect despatch within 7 days'

You will receive a text or email from DPD with delivery information, once your phone has been dispatched.

That device is definitely in stock. You would usually hear from DPD the day before, or morning or delivery.

Are you able to track it through the DPD app using your address?

@Christopher_G I ordered a 128gb blue iPhone 13 mini - good as new upgrade yesterday, tracking is unavailable however is still showing in stock online. Can you give me an idea of when it will be delivered?

As you haven't received anything from DPD yet today, I would think it will arrive on Monday. Same for your order, @Katieg996.
