Ordered the play station on Tuesday and everyone who ordered same time as me have received them just not me, anyone know why? The money has cleared through my account 2 days ago still no updates

Hi mate I'm the same I ordered mine then aswell and not had any email or text to confirm fsr less delivery date whats going on ee??

I ordered on tuesday as well, Not had any updates from EE but this morning i got a notification from DPD that my order is being delivered on the 29/11.

I’ve downloaded the dpd app put all the same details says no shipments expected 🙄

Yeah mine says no shipments expected as well, Im just waiting for dpd to update with further details. I had the same thing when I was waiting for my phone to be delivered in september.

I’m also in this boat. Order, money taken and email received. It says on their I’ll receive another email in regards to tracking info but not yet received this. I’ve tried contacting, as you and can not get through.
