I ordered a pixel 6 Pro upgraded paym contract on the 22/10 in store and was told that I would be receiving the phone on release date picking up in store.

I have heard nothing from ee at all, does this mean I am not receiving it tmrw?

Were you given an order number?

I'd recommend getting in touch with the store to see if they have any further details on your order delivery.

i ordered a pixel 6 pro lastweek aswell. i have received no emails regarding my order and on the phone tracker its saying i cant receive my order details. any solution to this? thanks

If you're unable to track your order online I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.

They will be able to access your account and give you an update.

When EE notify DPD that you have a package it will appear in the app, if you use the same email or phone number. It could be any time the day before when EE process it.

Still heard nothing. No one seems to know. Left with no option now but to cancel.

I've tried mate.

Call centre can't access store records.

Call instore they can't even give me a rough idea.

Blah, blah, blah.

Think I'm done. Have other things to worry about

The store where you placed your order would be best placed to advise when they can fulfil your order.

All variants of the Pixel 6 Pro are currently in stock online so your local store should have stock very soon.
