Xbox Seris S offer

Hi all

Possible you can shed some light on this for me, please.

While I was looking for a deal for my daughter I saw the one with the free Xbox series s.

After a phone call with EE confirming all the details.

I added a new contract for my daughter for the pixel 6 for 10GB plan / priced £45 a month.

I do get it cheaper as it's something to do with the number of contacts with EE I have

(have a phone and tablet)

And was informed about 15-30 days I would be receiving the Xbox.

Issues it though it's been a week and not received any information on this.

I thought I get a text confirming details about it, but nothing.

Am I out of my head thinking I should contact you to see what's happening?
