Can anyone help, how long does the text take to come through to fill out the details for the xbox series s as I was told I'll receive one but haven't yet

Hi. I'm also wondering the same thing. Said I'd get a text within 5 working days and it's now been longer than that, I had the waiver of the upfront cost.

Xbox Series S will be delivered to your account address within 15-30 days of your purchase. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate redemption will be sent by SMS to your device within 5 days of your Xbox Series S being dispatched.
