is there any update on the iPhone 13 pro max in stock? When will they be available as I put an order in last Monday and haven’t heard nothing?

Hi I ordered mine 3.11.2021 and spoke to customer service today as I was given the wrong info on live chat. I was told they don't have an estimated time limit due to a part inside the iPhone 13s that aren't available to get so there not able to give anyone a time frame. I've looked on apple and it says if you order today you'll get it roughly 7th Dec so surly it won't be that long till they dispatch peoples phones.
